Connect a new purchase to the referring client without a manual note at the desk.
- Rewards you configure
Choose whether the referrer, the new client or both receive a credit after the qualifying purchase.

See referred leads, conversions, revenue and rewards together instead of counting word of mouth by hand.

Ask for reviews at the right moment
- Post-visit timing
Trigger a review request after a completed class, appointment or milestone.
- Direct review links
Send clients to the public review profile the business has configured.
- Private feedback too
Offer a separate private feedback path without changing the public-review invitation based on sentiment.
- One request history
Keep delivery, response and follow-up status on the client record so requests do not pile up.

Recognize the habits that build community
- Attendance streaks
Celebrate consistent visits using rules that fit the business rather than one universal cadence.
- Milestone moments
Recognize first visits, visit counts, anniversaries and other events drawn from real history.
- Challenges
Create time-bound goals with clear eligibility, progress and optional leaderboards.

Frequently asked questions.
How would referrals work?
Each client would receive a referral code and shareable link. A qualifying purchase using that code would connect the new client, referrer and configured rewards in one record.
Could both clients receive a reward?
Yes. Reward rules would support the referrer, the new client or both, with qualification and expiration rules controlled by the business.
How would review requests be sent?
A business could trigger the same review invitation after a completed visit or milestone and direct clients to its configured public review profile.
Would lower ratings be diverted away from public reviews?
No. Rellavo would not use rating-based review gating. A private feedback option could be offered separately, but the public-review invitation would not change based on sentiment.
Could staff see which clients drive referrals?
Yes. The intended reporting connects referral shares, attributed sign-ups, qualifying purchases and rewards to the referring client.
