Resolved. Between 07:58 and 15:11 UTC on September 6 the platform's database became unresponsive, and the dashboard, member app, and API returned errors. Scheduled messages and automations were delayed during the window and have since run. No data was lost. We restored service by restarting the database and have increased its capacity to prevent a recurrence.
